RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please submit your return request within 14 days from the delivery date. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once the return request has been approved, returned items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date.
Late Returns: returns shipped back after the 14-day return period will be rejected.
If you receive defective or incorrectly shipped items, please submit a request by email at info@ellysecret.com.
A return label will only be provided after Elly Secret has confirmed that the item was delivered in defective condition or was shipped incorrectly, and that the issue was not caused by improper use by the customer, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.
We offer a one-year warranty only for the watch product category. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the internal watch mechanism. The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by water exposure, improper use, or accidents
Any issues resulting from improper handling or failure to follow care instructions
All warranty claims are subject to inspection to determine the cause of the issue. If the problem is found to be caused by misuse or external factors, the warranty will be void.
For returns involving customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for paying these costs. If a customer’s return includes customs fees, these must be paid before we can proceed with the refund for the returned items.
All returned items must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dust bags, as well as the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns if products have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
In the event of a rejected return, the order will be shipped back to the buyer, and any additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
All returns are subject to a quality control inspection upon arrival.
If we reject your return due to damage or other reasons, and we do not receive your instructions on how to proceed within 30 days — whether to return the item to you or to your business address — we reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund for that return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 9 business days after receipt and approval of the returned items.
